Relais & Chateaux Schoenegg Zermatt

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and just a short walk to the Zermatt-Sunnega funicular station. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the mountains. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. it was a truly memorable experience.

One minor drawback was that the room temperature could get a bit warm and there was no way to adjust it. However, considering all the other amazing aspects of this hotel, it was a minor inconvenience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The location to the Zermatt-Sunnega funicular station was very convenient, great for easy access to the mountain for skiing. the hotel's central location in town made it perfect for accessing all the facilities and amenities that this city has to offer.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. The hotel bar served delicious drinks and featured local products. The included brunch was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The housekeeping service was perfect, and the heated toilet floor was a nice touch.

Its central location allows guests to easily explore the town and access all the facilities.

The room heating can be a bit difficult to manage, with only one small radiator and the curtain covering it.
